Return Policy

We strive to give our customers the best possible shopping experience and want you to enjoy your purchases as a valued client. But as an independent Authorized Retailer for every luxury brand we represent, we have certain requirements for returns and exchanges:

OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

If you don’t love what you’ve ordered, please keep it in mint condition so someone else can, and contact us within 15 days.

Before requesting a Return Authorization (RA), please make sure:

RA Merchandise Condition Requirements

1. All items must be in “re-sellable as is” condition i.e. new and unworn or unused exactly as it was when shipped

2. All tags, labels, stickers and/or original packaging materials must remain attached and/or unopened in original vendor condition and must be returned together with the item(s)

3. All instructions, warranty documents and accessories must remain unopened in original vendor condition and must be returned together with the item(s)


RETURNS

Cosmosonline.com purchases shipped directly to you.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Email customerservice@cosmosonline.com or call 1-516-478-5503 to confirm your items are in returnable condition and receive an RA by email.

2. Include your RA form and all original documentation with your merchandise (you may want to make a copy of your packing slip for yourself).

3. Mail your Return package to:

4. Please ship your merchandise pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price

Please Note:
• Your RA form and packing slip must accompany your return.
• All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before being processed.
• Based on our inspection, we will credit your original method of payment excluding our delivery postage charges, or provide a replacement at no charge if we shipped the wrong item, or issue a store credit within 3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s)
• Damaged or altered items are subject to USPS or other claim review.
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for preference returns. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.


STORE PURCHASES

All purchases made in one of our stores must be brought in together with the original receipt

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded or returned for a store credit:

1. Any item that has been worn, used or altered

2. Clearance or Final Sale items

3. Any item which has been special ordered, customized, tailored, engraved, re-sized, modified or personalized in any way

4. All Watches and Jewelry items are final sales

Cosmosonline.com is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, damaged in transit or not returned in accordance with these terms.
